AFS Get Help Terms

  • Information you provide is used solely to assess eligibility, connect you with services, and communicate about available assistance.
  • Submission of a form does not guarantee services or benefits. Services are based on availability and program requirements.
  • You confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • AFS may contact you by phone, email, or text regarding your request.
  • Your information will be handled in accordance with AFS privacy practices and will not be sold or shared outside of service coordination purposes.

AFS Messaging Terms

  • AFS uses text messaging for program updates, reminders, appointment scheduling, service coordination, resource availability, and general service-related information.
  • Messages are informational and service-related. AFS does not send promotional or marketing sales messages via SMS.
  • Message frequency may vary depending on your involvement with AFS programs and services.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any AFS text message. For help, reply HELP or contact AFS.
